By car: Take Interstate 90/94 into the downtown area and exit west onto the Eisenhower Expressway, 1-290. Or take Lake Shore Drive and follow the signs to pick up the Congress Parkway going west; Congress in turn feeds onto the Eisenhower Expressway. Either way, exit from the Eisenhower at Damen, turning turn left (south) onto Damen at the traffic light. Take Damen four blocks and turn left (east) onto Polk. Turn left into the parking structure in the 1800 block of Polk. (For a reduced parking rate, pick up a visitor's pass at the desk in the lobby of the Administration Building.)

Alternate parking: If the John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital lot is full, continue 2 blocks further east and turn left (north) onto Paulina Street, then right (east) onto Harrison to park in the Rush parking structure.

By CTA train: Take any train into the Loop and transfer to the Pink or Blue Line heading west. These trains run underground beneath the downtown area and then come above ground again to run west along the Eisenhower Expressway. After the Racine stop, the Blue Line splits into two branches. Both branches serve John H. Stroger, Jr. Hospital. Get off at the stop after Racine: either Medical Center or Polk Street.

Medical Center stop ("Forest Park Branch," "Congress line," "A-train"). Exit the station and turn left (southwest) onto Damen Avenue. Walk a few short blocks on Damen Ave and turn left (east) onto Polk Street. Walk one block to our building, 1900 W. Polk Street, at the corner of Wolcott Street.

Polk Street stop ("Pink Line", "Cermak Branch," "Douglas line," "B-train"). Exit the station and turn left (west) onto Polk Street. Walk several blocks on Polk to our building, 1900 W. Polk Street, at the corner of Wolcott Street.

By CTA bus: Take any connecting bus line and transfer to #157 or #7 line. Line #7 runs along Harrison from Michigan Avenue on the east to Pulaski Road on the west. Get off at Polk and Wood Street. Walk a couple of blocks West on Polk to the Administration Building, 1900 W Polk St. OR Take #157 line and get off Polk and Wolcott and you will reach the Administration Building, 1900 W Polk Street, at the corner of Wolcott Street.
