If your login fails please try the following:

- Password: YOUR PASSWORD
- Make sure you're using a backslash (\), not a slash (/) after the domain name. In some cases, the "domain name\" is not needed.
- If you are using Windows 2000 and you are prompted to enter a username, a password and a domain please click the refresh button and enter:
- Username: YOUR USERNAME
- Password: YOUR PASSWORD
- Domain: cch
- If your login failed again please contact the Web site administrator if you believe you should be able to view this page.
